I've had this for a while, I thought it didn't look good enough so I didn't bother posting it. It's quite a strange-looking piece... Please criticize if you can, I'd very much like to improve on my artsyfartsy doodles and paintings.

i like! you're so good at faces!

since you asked, i think if you cropped out the right side, it would give it a more solid composition, and really frame the subject.

there are so many different things this could be, to me.
like the head is fire and those squiggles are smoke.
or it's a face in waves.
that makes it really cool.

The a-symmetrical composition is wonderful, my eye doesn't stop moving around the image! What kind of pen do you use?
